Delete your account
You can close your account yourself at any time once every loan is paid, or ask us to do it with the form below.
Close it yourself
- Sign in to the mobile app, or to the website at Sign in.
- Open Profile and choose Close my account.
- Enter your password to confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away.
The button stays off while a loan is not fully paid or a payment is still being confirmed, and the page tells you exactly what is left.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Your sign-in, saved devices and notification settings are removed at once, and we stop sending you messages.
- Loan agreements, payments, receipts and identity checks are kept for the period Ugandan lending and anti-money laundering law requires (at least 10 years after your last loan).
- Nothing is shared or used for marketing after you close your account.
