Repayment questions
By mobile money (MTN MoMo or Airtel Money) or by bank. Each payment is recorded and receipted, and you can ask for a statement at any time.
You can ask to repay early. Your loan terms say how early repayment is treated, and an officer will show you the figure before you pay.
Late payments can carry late interest, as set out in your loan terms. If you think you will miss one, contact your officer before the due date so that we can talk about your options.
